There was no engraving option, which was upsetting. But the most upsetting thing about this purchase was the price for what you’re getting. The picture was just a very cheap, faded print that was not protected in any way (either in or out of the frame). There is nothing to protect the photos. There should be glass or high quality material to protect whatever print you place in the ornament.

The frame is very big. I wish there were different size options. The quality is nice but the top is open and there isn’t a front cover. I guess it is meant to change frequently so easy access?

It’s nice but a little weird that there is no glass or plexi or anything. AU simply slides your paper printed picture into the ornament and there’s nothing protecting it. Seems a little weird to not have anything protecting the paper picture. Also, the paper picture looks like it was printed on a low-end printer. I can print a better picture quality print myself. So what you’re really buying is the actual ornament and that’s really it. It’s too bad it doesn’t say the year on it either.

It wasn’t the quality I’d expect for the price and I don’t think it will hold up over time - the picture could slide out easily!!
