How long is Standard Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto
Rico?
Shipping will take an additional 14-21 business days depending
on the location. Need your gifts faster? Economy, Expedited, and
Rush Shipping options are available and aligned with the normal
order-by dates above.
Do your shipping timelines include weekends as shipping
days?
No, shipping times are calculated in business days. Business
days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping
estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a
package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day) it will
arrive the following Monday.
Where is my order?
You can check out your
order history here
to find tracking for any orders placed. Sometimes tracking will
not update, even if the package is in transit; usually this
resolves itself within 24 hours! Please check out these

Why is only one of my items showing tracking?
We work with multiple vendors across the US to ship your
products. It is possible that if you ordered two or more
separate items, they will ship in separate packages and will
therefore each show up with unique tracking numbers.
Why haven’t I received a tracking email?
Please check that the production time necessary for each product
you've ordered has already passed. If the Order History in your
account has not updated to reflect shipment after production
time has finished, please email us for an update.
What shipping methods can I choose from?
For domestic (within the United States) deliveries, we offer
four shipping options - Standard (5-8 business days), Economy
(4-6 business days), Expedited (2 business days), and Rush (1
business day). These times are in addition to production time.
Please keep in mind we are not responsible for shipping delays
due to inclement weather, etc.
Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day) it will arrive the Monday.

Do you ship products internationally?
Yes! However, we do not currently offer an expedited
international shipping option — and sometimes international
deliveries take longer because they must first clear customs.
The customer is responsible for paying incurred duties, taxes,
and fees.
Do your offer rush production?
We do not offer a rush production option at this time.
How long will my order take?
Our products are made to order. Your delivery time depends on
production times and the shipping method selected during
checkout. Please refer to the chart above for delivery times of
the specific products you’ve ordered.
